Benara Nurseries is a trade and wholesale nursery only, we do not sell directly to the public.

TRADE customers can refer their clients; they must provide a letter of referral on the company letterhead of the referrer at the time of purchase and will be charged 'Wholesale price' unless accompanied by the referrer.

WHOLESALE customer cannot refer clients.

Yes you can!

Account holders are able to send through their required list of plants, quantities and date required through to our sales team at benara@benara.com.au

This means that the plant is currently out of stock and not available.

Account holders can request to be notified of when the stock will become available.

Unfortunately we do not, but we do have approved returns and exchanges. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Account/Applications

All registered businesses with a valid ABN are able to open either a Trade or Wholesale account.

You can Apply and set up for your online account here

Trade applies to industry and related fields as deemed suitable by Benara Nurseries.

Wholesale applies to all other current ABN holders outside of Trade.

There are a few ways to determine this;

1. Your Benara Nurseries issued customer card will either be green and have Trade listed or will be grey and have Wholesale listed.

2. When logged into your online account, your account dashboard will show the pricing structure applied to your account.

3. Our friendly customer service staff can let you know, details via our contact form

Ordering

Yes, there is.

Pickups must be a minimum of $150 excluding GST in value.

Deliveries must be a minimum of $150 excluding GST in value.

Yes you certainly can.

We do prefer that all amendments and cancellations are done 48 hours prior to delivery but you are more than welcome to contact our sales department to discuss your options.

Every effort will be made to provide your order in full. However, due to the extraordinary high demand at this time some lines may become unavailable before your order is picked and packed for delivery.


We will endeavour to let you know of any shortfalls or arrange alternatives where we can. We appreciate your patience during these unique times.

If you are looking for quantities of over 50 in the Trademarts or for delivery, please contact us for more information.

Yes we can hold stock for you.

Only quantities above 50 will be reserved and held in 13cm to 5lt pots.

Please note: holding deposits may be required.

Delivery & Pick Ups

Benara Nurseries offers a weekday delivery service in the Perth metro area from Bindoon to Waroona.

We also offer a weekly delivery service to specified regional areas.

Please contact us for more information.

We do not, but you can request either an AM or PM delivery and our Transport department will do their best to accommodate.

Unfortunately you cannot, but you can definitely contact us for updates.

462 Nicholson Road, Forrestdale WA 6122
Please note: pre-arranged pickups from Forrestdale will incur a delivery fee.

Trademart

Most items when purchasing through the Trademarts are subject to a 'Cash & Carry' discount. This means when you pick out, pay, and take the stock on the day you may receive a discount on the items.

CARABOODA
12.5% Cash & Carry discount applies on plant stock up to and including 30lt, selected and taken from the Trademart.
7.5% Cash & Carry discount applies on plant stock from 35lt to 500lt, selected and taken from the Trademart.

FORRESTDALE
10% Cash & Carry discount applies on plant stock up to and including 30lt, selected and taken from the Trademart.
5% Cash & Carry discount applies on plant stock from 35lt to 500lt, selected and taken from the Trademart.

Proof of business includes; ABN certificate, Business Registration Certificate, Business Credit Card, Business Card etc.
