SpecificationsCapsicum Salsa Mix is a sweet, green, bell-shaped capsicum, which turns red on maturity. Capsicums are extremely versatile fruits that are rich in Vitamin C. They can be eaten raw on their own or in salads or cooked in stir-fries. Other methods include frying, roasting, stuffing, pickling and incorporating into salsas and other sauces. Requiring a position in full sun, Capsicums should be planted in well-drained soil that has been that has been enriched with compost or manure prior to planting and water regularly to ensure the soil stays moist. Adding mulch on top of your garden bed will help retain moisture in the soil.
