SpecificationsOregano is great for the home herb or vegetable garden and can also be planted in pots. The leaves are used to flavour pizza, lamb, pork, tomato and salads. It is very popular in Mediterranean cooking. The plants mature in 6 - 8 weeks, however the leaves can be picked at anytime for use. Tip prune to maintain compact growth. Before planting, mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. For best results liquid feed regularly.
