An attractive ornamental pear, Pyrus calleryana Aristocrat produces excellent floral display with an abundance of white flowers blooming in spring. The foliage is a luminous dark green with a wavy border and during autumn the foliage deepens to radiant red and yellows, creating an exciting feature tree.
Ideal for uses such as shade or feature trees in parks, residential gardens or lined along narrow streets. Plant in an area of full sun, with moist well drained soils. Ensure the tree has enough horizontal space and is protected from high winds. This variety will tolerate dry conditions once established and requires low maintenance. Prune if desired to maintenance clearance under canopy.
Pyrus calleryana Aristocrat can grow to a height of 13 metres and a width of 8 metres.
