Garden Fresh - Celery
Celery provides continuous, crispy, green stems over several months. It is low calories, and can be eaten in soups, stews, hot dishes, and salads or enjoyed as a snack with dip.
Requiring a position in full sun, Capsicums should be planted in well-drained soil that has been that has been enriched with compost or manure prior to planting and water regularly to ensure the soil stays moist. Adding mulch on top of your garden bed will help retain moisture in the soil.
Plant Celery alongside Tomatoes, Dill. Beans, Leeks, Cabbage, Cauliflowers
Celery reaches maturity at 12-14 weeks and should be planted 20cm apart.
