Brachychiton populneus is a unique stout evergreen tree with a stout grey truck. In summer creamy bell shpaed flowers appear followed by large seed capsules. The leaves are olive green and variably lobed.
This Kurrajong tree is an ideal feature tree for any garden, parkland or can be used as a street tree where shade is required. Preffering a sunny position this waterwise tree will tolerate a wide range of conditions as long as the soil is well drained.
Brachychiton populneus will grow to 10m high by 5m wide.
